• Your channel name and channel link, and your first name if you state it publicly.
• The business email address you published.
• Your channel's country, approximate subscriber count and the titles of recent videos, used to decide whether my offer is relevant to you.
• Where I found your email address, for example your channel description or your website's contact page.
• Our emails, if we correspond.

Only from publicly accessible sources you control: your YouTube channel description and video titles (read through the YouTube API Services) and your own website or link page. I never buy lists, never guess addresses, and never use YouTube's protected "view email address" button.

To send you one relevant business proposal about turning your trading strategy into software (an indicator, Expert Advisor or bot), up to two short follow-ups, and to handle any reply. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in offering a relevant service to creators who publish a business contact address (UK and EU GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). I only contact addresses published for business contact, and I keep the volume small.

You can object at any time, for free. Reply "stop" to any email, or write to contact@tjalam.com. I will stop immediately and erase your details, keeping only your email address and channel ID on a do-not-contact list so that you are never contacted again.

• Google Workspace, my email provider, which stores and sends the emails.
• Reoon Email Verifier, which receives only your email address to check that it can receive mail.

I never sell or share your details with anyone else.

I am based in India, so your details are processed in India and by the providers above, some of which operate in the United States. India does not have an adequacy decision from the EU or the UK. For Google Workspace I rely on Google's standard contractual clauses; the verification service receives your email address only.

• Data read from YouTube (channel description, subscriber count, video titles) is deleted or refreshed within 30 days.
• If I never email you, everything about you is deleted within 30 days.
• If I email you, I keep your email address, channel name and the emails exchanged for 12 months after our last message, then delete them. Your email address and channel ID then stay on the do-not-contact list so I never cold-email you a second time.
• The do-not-contact list is kept indefinitely, because that is how an objection is honoured.

You can ask for access to, correction of or erasure of your data, ask me to restrict its use, and ask for a copy (portability). Write to contact@tjalam.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority, for example the ICO (UK), the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) or the CNIL (France).

No decisions about you are made by automated means that have legal or similarly significant effects.
