A. Information You Provide Directly

• Identity Data: Includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier.
• Contact Data: Includes email address, telephone number, and communication preferences.
• Project Data: Information about your project requirements, business type (e.g., E-commerce, SaaS), and budget ranges you share with us by email, WhatsApp, the contact form or a Calendly booking.
• Financial Data: We do not store credit card details on our servers. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Technical Data: Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use our website, products, and services, including pages visited and the link or ad that brought you here.

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

Legal bases (UK and EU GDPR): steps you ask for before a contract, and the contract itself, for enquiries and projects; our legitimate interests for site security and for business outreach; your consent for analytics and advertising cookies.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with:

• Service Providers: Lovable and Cloudflare (website hosting), Google (Analytics, Tag Manager and Ads, only after you accept cookies; Google Workspace for email), Calendly (call booking), and WhatsApp, operated by Meta (if you message us there).
• Professional Advisers: Lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurers who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance, and accounting services.
• Legal Obligations: Regulators and other authorities who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.
• Business Transfers: Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

• Enquiries by email, WhatsApp, the contact form or Calendly: kept for 12 months after our last exchange if no project follows.
• Client project records and invoices: kept for the length of the project plus the period that tax and accounting law requires.
• Analytics data (only if you accepted cookies): kept under the retention setting of our Google Analytics property.

Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Reject keeps them off.

• Your cookie choice: stored in your browser's local storage so the banner does not ask again.
• Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*): counts visits and shows how people move through the site. Only after Accept.
• Google Ads (_gcl_* and Google advertising cookies): tells us which ads bring visitors. Only after Accept.
• Calendly: the booking calendar may set its own cookies and shows its own notice.
• Hosting: our hosting platform (Lovable) may set a session cookie for basic site statistics.

We are based in India, so your personal data is processed in India and by the service providers listed above, some of which operate in the United States. Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the EEA, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented, such as using specific contracts approved by the European Commission.

Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
